Why am I teaching this?
1.) I entered into motherhood the hard way… I struggled with depression, anxiety and overwhelm. I knew that if I didn’t take control of my situation, it could easily control me for the rest of my mom-life experience. I didn’t want that.
2.) I went back to school when my daughter was still a baby to become an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. This taught me how to eat healthy food in a way that is practical – and how to teach this to other moms!

I firmly believe that packaged food companies have led us down the wrong path. They’ve marketed this storu to us that we are too busy, to overwhelmed, and basically a hot mess. Therefor we’re not capable of cooking.
This is totally false. The truth is you are totally capable of creating a lifestyle shift for your family through healthy meal prep.
I used to be overwhelmed in my mom life, and because my energy was low I felt totally unmotivated to cook at home. I bought the lazy meals instead which continuted the cycle of being unhappy in my motherhood. But now I have a different story to tell.
Now, the way I use meal prep has create a sense of balance and pride in how I nourish and take care of my family. It has helped my daughter eat a variety of nutritious foods, and I am more present for my family, and my life!
