If you’re bored with eating plain old pork chops, it’s easy to zest them up with these six healthy pork chop marinades. These are made with fresh, healthy ingredients.

– barbecue sauce – honey or maple syrup – apple cider vinegar – chili powder – salt – ground pepper

– balsamic vinegar – olive oil – dried basil – garlic powder – salt – ground pepper

– olive oil – dijon mustard – honey – whole grain mustard – garlic powder – salt – ground pepper

– soy sauce or tamari sauce – olive oil – honey or maple syrup – hot sauce – freshly squeezed lemon – salt – ground pepper

– olive oil – freshly squeezed lemon – garlic – Italian seasoning – salt – ground pepper

Add the marinade ingredients to a small bowl and mix together.

Add the pork chops to a plastic bag or glass container. Pour the marinade sauce overtop. Seal and let it sit in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hour, but preferably overnight.
