Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients together: tomato paste, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, and sea salt.
Stir everything together for 1-2 minutes until mixed thoroughly.
Pour into a mason jar or other container. Seal with a lid and store in the fridge for up to 1 week. This recipe will make a little over 14 oz of ketchup.
Recipe Notes:
The ketchup will thicken while chilled in the fridge. My family loves it this way. But if you want it a thinner consistency, you can add a small amount of water and mix together.
Feel free to play around with the ratio of spices and maple syrup to come up with something you love. Everyone's tastebuds are so unique and different.
I like to store mine in inexpensive mason jars. Reused glass spaghetti sauce jars would also work great.
