Add olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried oregano, salt and pepper to a large bowl.

Add the chicken thighs and mix with the sauce.

Cook at 400°F for 12 minutes skin side facing down.

Flip chicken with tongs and cook another 12-17 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
