These healthy cereal bars are so easy to make with only 3 ingredients. Cheerios are combined with peanut butter and honey for an easy grab-and-go breakfast or snack.
Gently heat ¾ cup peanut butter, and ¾ cup honey in a pot on the stove, mix until melted, 2-3 minutes. It's easy to burn the honey so keep an eye on it and stir frequently.
Add 3 cups of Cheerios cereal to a large bowl. Pour in the peanut butter mixture and stir together.
Pour onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread into an even layer and form into a square shape using the sides of a spatula. Place it in the fridge to chill for 1 hour.
Once chilled, slice into bars. Serve and enjoy!
