4pork chops - about 1 inch thick, boneless or bone-in
2Tbspolive oil
Seasoning
2Tbspbrown sugar
1Tbsppaprika
1tspgarlic powder
1tsponion powder
1tspdried thyme - Italian seasoning
1 ½tspsalt
1tspblack pepper
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 3–5 minutes.
Pat 4 pork chops dry with paper towels. Brush both sides with 2 Tbsp olive oil.
In a small bowl, combine 2 Tbsp brown sugar, 1 Tbsp paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp dried thyme, 1 ½ tsp salt, and 1 tsp black pepper.
Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the pork chops.
Place pork chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket with space between them. Cook at 400°F for 9–11 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Use a meat thermometer and cook until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Let pork chops rest for 3–5 minutes before serving.
