Bubble-Up Pizza Biscuit Casserole

refrigerated biscuit dough

pizza sauce
▢
1 ½
cups
shredded mozzarella

mini pepperoni

grated parmesan

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish with a little olive oil.
Cut 2 cans of refrigerated biscuit dough into quarters.
In a large bowl, toss biscuit pieces with 1 cup pizza sauce, 1 ½ cups mozzarella, and ½ cup mini pepperoni until coated.
Spread mixture evenly into the baking dish.
Sprinkle with ½ tsp Italian seasoning, plus 2 Tbsp parmesan and ½ tsp dried oregano if using.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes until biscuits are golden and cheese is bubbly.
Cool 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes
Cut biscuits evenly so they bake through.
For extra crispness, use a metal pan.
Let cool before slicing so it sets.
Store leftovers in fridge up to 3 days.
