lean ground beef
1
cup
bread crumbs

diced onion

Tbsp
mustard
1
Tbsp
garlic powder
1
Tbsp
shredded cheese

refrigerated biscuit dough
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 12-cup muffin pan with nonstick spray.
In a large bowl, mix ground beef, bread crumbs, mustard, garlic powder, diced onion, and cheese.
Press biscuit dough into bottom of muffin cups.
Top each biscuit with beef mixture and press down gently.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Bake for 35–40 minutes until biscuit edges are golden.
Cool for 5–10 minutes before removing from pan. Serve warm.
Recipe Notes:
Use lean ground beef to avoid excess grease.
Dice the onion small so it cooks through.
Bake until the edges are golden brown.
Cool slightly before removing to help them hold their shape.
