Easy Baked Chicken Legs
Oven baked chicken legs are one of the easiest ways to serve flavorful chicken. These drumsticks are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside making the perfect weeknight meal.

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with foil.
Add the cooking oil and spices to a large bowl and mix together.
Add in the chicken legs and toss with the spice mixture until they're evenly coated.
Place in a single layer on a lined baking sheet.
Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked and reaches 165°F as an internal temperature when poked with a meat thermometer.

Notes
For crisper chicken, use a rack that sits on top of a baking sheet. This will allow juices to drip away from chicken, creating a crispier skin.
