pineapple

strawberries

sliced in half

mandarin oranges

peeled and separated into pieces

kiwis

peeled and chopped

blueberries

red grapes

chopped fresh mint

Dressing:
▢
¼
cup
orange juice

or lemon juice

grated orange zest

or lemon zest

maple syrup

Instructions
Add 3 cups chopped pineapple, 3 cups sliced strawberries, 4 mandarin oranges (separated into pieces), 4 chopped kiwis, 2 cups blueberries, 2 cups red grapes, and 2 Tbsp chopped fresh mint to a large serving bowl.
In a separate small bowl, mix together ¼ cup orange juice, 2 tsp grated orange zest, and ¼ cup maple syrup.
Drizzle the dressing overtop of the fruit bowl and gently toss together. Serve immediately once dressing and fruit are mixed.
