Garlic Toast Pizzas

Ingredients

pizza sauce

cups
shredded mozzarella cheese

dried oregano or red pepper flakes

Your choice of toppings: pepperoni

chopped veggies, ham & pineapple, sliced olives, etc.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place garlic bread halves face-down on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes to crisp the underside.
Air fryer/toaster oven: Preheat to 375°F and cook for 3–4 minutes to lightly toast the bread before adding toppings.
Flip bread cut-side up. Spread 1 cup pizza sauce evenly over both halves.
Sprinkle with 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese and your desired toppings. Add a pinch of oregano or red pepper flakes, if using.
Oven:
Bake for 5–8 minutes, or until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
Air fryer/toaster oven:
Cook at 375°F for 5–6 minutes, checking halfway through, until cheese is bubbly and bread is crisp.
Let cool slightly for 2–3 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping, if desired.

Notes
Crisp the bread face-down first to prevent soggy bottoms.
Use thick garlic bread for the best texture.
Don’t overload with sauce; a light layer keeps the bread crisp.
Let pizzas cool slightly before slicing so the cheese sets.
For variety, try pesto or BBQ sauce, or mix in cheddar or provolone with mozzarella.
