Hot Fudge Brownie Bread
This hot fudge brownie bread is rich, chocolatey, and topped with warm fudge sauce—like a fudgy brownie baked into a loaf pan. No mixer required and easy to freeze!

Ingredients

all-purpose flour

unsweetened cocoa powder

baking powder

baking soda

salt

unsalted butter

granulated sugar

large eggs
1
Tbsp
vanilla extract
1
cup
heavy cream
1
cup
semi-sweet chocolate chips
Fudge Topping:
½

hot fudge sauce

warmed

cup
chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and line with parchment.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Mix in eggs and vanilla.
Add half of the dry ingredients, then half the cream. Repeat.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 55–60 minutes, or until toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
Cool for 15 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack.
While warm, drizzle with hot fudge and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Recipe Notes:
Cover with foil after 40 minutes to prevent over-browning.
Let cool in pan 15 minutes before removing.
Sprinkle and gently press in the topping.
Use heavy cream for the best texture.
