Kiwi Citrus Dressing
This fresh kiwi citrus dressing is tangy, sweet, and blended in just 20 seconds—perfect for summer salads or grilled chicken.

Ingredients

orange juice

olive oil

honey

fresh mint

lime juice

white vinegar

Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender: kiwis, orange juice, olive oil, honey, mint, lime juice, vinegar, and salt.
Blend for 20 seconds or until smooth. Scrape down the sides and blend again if needed.
Let sit 15 minutes before serving. Store in fridge up to 1 week. Shake well before using.
