2 ½cupsmilk of your choice - dairy, oat milk, coconut milk, almond milk etc.
Instructions
Add the frozen mango and milk to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. You may have to stop and mix along the way.
For soft serve version, serve immediately by scooping into a bowl.
For hard ice cream version, pour mango mixture into a dish and freeze for 2-4 hours.
Remove and let sit on the counter for 10 minutes. Use an ice cream scoop to dish into bowls.
Recipe Notes:
Instead of using a blender, you can also use a food processor. Here are the instructions: Add the mango to the food processor and blend until mango breaks down into smaller chunks. Pour in the milk and blend again until smooth and creamy.
