powdered sugar

–3 Tbsp milk

Instructions
Sift cocoa powder and powdered sugar into a bowl to remove clumps
Add melted butter, milk, and vanilla
Whisk or beat until smooth and creamy
If too thick, add a little more milk to adjust consistency
Drizzle or spread over cake, cupcakes, or brownies
