Instructions
Freeze bananas: Slice into coins and freeze in a single layer. Store in a freezer-safe bag until ready to use.
Blend: Add frozen bananas, strawberries, and milk to a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy (about 2 minutes).
Taste & sweeten: Add sweetener if needed, then blend again briefly.
Serve: Scoop into bowls for soft serve, or freeze 4–6 hours for a firmer scoop.

Use ripe bananas for best sweetness and texture.
Slice bananas before freezing to prevent clumping.
