Six Easy Salmon Marinade Recipes for Baking, Grilling, or Air Frying
Six easy salmon marinade recipes – lemon garlic, honey mustard, soy sauce, chili lime, Italian herb, and orange ginger. Perfect for grilling, baking, or air frying salmon fillets.
In a small bowl, whisk together marinade ingredients.
Add salmon fillet to a glass container or bag, pour marinade overtop.
Seal and marinate salmon in the fridge 1–2 hours or overnight.
Choose your cooking method:
Oven Bake: Preheat to 375°F. Place salmon on a baking sheet, skin side down. Cover with foil. Bake 12–20 minutes or until cooked to 145°F internal temperature.
Pan Fry: Cook salmon in a frying pan, skin side up 2–3 minutes, flip, cook 3–5 minutes.
Grilling Salmon: Grill on medium heat, skin side up 5 minutes, flip, cook until done.
Air Fryer: Preheat to 400°F, air fry 10–20 minutes, skin side down.
Recipe Notes:
Each marinade is enough for 1 salmon fillet. Double if using a large piece.
Let salmon rest at room temperature for 15 minutes before cooking for even results.
Always cook to an internal temperature of 145°F.
