Ingredients

pineapple juice

or orange juice

ketchup
▢

cup
brown sugar

or white sugar or coconut sugar

soy sauce
▢

tsp
garlic powder

cornstarch
▢

water
Instructions
Add the cornstarch and warm water to a small bowl. Stir together until cornstarch dissolves and there are no clumps.
Add all sauce ingredients including cornstarch liquid to a small pot on the stove and mix together over medium high heat, stirring frequently.
Heat and stir until the sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and serve.
