Pudding in a cloud is made with frozen whipped cream topping and chocolate pudding. It’s topped with chocolate flakes and fresh berries for an easy dessert that everyone is sure to love!
Prepare the chocolate pudding according to package instructions.
Let pudding cool and set in the fridge for at least 1 hour. If pudding is lumpy, use hand mixer to smooth it out.
In serving bowls, add the whipped topping on bottom and up the sides, creating a hole in the center. You want it to resemble a light and fluffy cloud.
Fill the center space with chocolate pudding. Top with chocolate shavings and fresh berries. Serve and enjoy!
Recipe Notes:
*Milk is used to create the chocolate pudding. Use the boxed pudding measurements for milk quantity. My package required 3 cups milk. Yours might be less.
To save time, feel free to use pre-made pudding packs in replacement.
Boxed pudding can sometimes produce lumpy results after chilling. Use a hand mixer to help make them smooth and creamy.
Top with your favorite fresh berries including blackberries, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries. Canned mandarin oranges would also work as a topping.
