Air Fryer Brown Sugar Carrots
These air fryer brown sugar carrots are tossed in butter and brown sugar, then cooked at 400°F until tender with lightly caramelized edges.

Ingredients

carrots

peeled and chopped

butter

melted

brown sugar

cinnamon

black pepper
Instructions
Peel and chop 1½–2 lbs carrots into evenly sized pieces.
In a large bowl, mix ¼ cup melted butter, ⅓ cup brown sugar, ½ tsp cinnamon (optional), ½ tsp salt, and ½ tsp black pepper.
Add the carrots and toss until fully coated.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 2 minutes.
Add the carrots in a single layer and cook at 400°F for 15–18 minutes, tossing halfway through.
Check during the last few minutes to make sure the glaze isn’t burning. Cook until the carrots are fork tender and lightly caramelized.
Serve warm.

Don’t overcrowd – allows proper caramelization
