Homemade oat flour is easy to make, less expensive than buying the store-bought version, and it's just as healthy. Oat flour can be made easily using a blender in less than 1 minute.
Add the old fashioned rolled oats to a blender or food processor and blend until the oats turn into a flour consistency. This will take 1-2 minutes. You might need to stop the blender halfway and shake the blender to help everything mix.
To keep the oat flour fresh, store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 weeks, or freezer for up to 6 months.
