In a small bowl, mix together 3 Tbsp honey, ¼ cup lemon juice, 2 Tbsp olive oil, and 4 minced garlic cloves. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then set aside.
Generously season the 10 oz salmon fillet with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat a frying pan with a little cooking oil over high heat. Once the pan is hot, add the salmon skin side down and sear for 2-3 minutes.
Lower the heat to medium-low, flip the salmon so it’s skin side up, and pour the honey garlic sauce over it. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the salmon is flaky and opaque. Remove from heat and scoop the delicious sauce over the top of the salmon before serving.
