unsalted butter

light brown sugar

granulated sugar

large eggs

vanilla extract

all-purpose flour

baking soda

teaspoon
cinnamon

old-fashioned rolled oats

dried cranberries

cup
white chocolate chips
Instructions
Beat butter and sugars until smooth.
Mix in eggs and vanilla.
Whisk dry ingredients, then add to wet mixture.
Stir in oats, cranberries, and chocolate chips. Chill 30 minutes.
Scoop dough onto lined baking sheets. Bake 15–18 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes, then transfer to rack.
Recipe Notes:
Chill dough for chewy cookies.
Use rolled oats for the best texture.
Freeze dough balls for holiday baking.
