Watermelon arugula salad with feta cheese is a light and fresh summer salad. Perfect recipe for barbecues, fourth of july, or a picnic.

honey or maple syrup

freshly squeezed lemon

juiced

watermelon

fresh mint

arugula

feta cheese
Salt and pepper
Instructions
In a large bowl, add olive oil, honey or maple syrup, freshly squeezed juice from a lemon, and whisk together.
Add in the watermelon and arugula. Toss with the salad dressing.
Sprinkle the feta cheese over top of salad and season with salt and pepper. Serve and enjoy.
