Ground Pork With Pasta Overview
This one-pot recipe is great for a quick, no-mess dinner that delivers the weight of a full meal. All that’s required is to cook the ground pork, add all the ingredients to one pot, mix, bring to a boil, then simmer until the egg noodles are cooked. You’ll be ready to eat in 30 minutes with leftovers for tomorrow.

Recipe Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 15 oz canned diced tomatoes – drained
- 15 oz canned kidney beans – drained and rinsed
- 1 ½ cups water
- 8 oz pizza sauce
- ½ cup green bell pepper – chopped
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 3 cup egg noodles
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
How To Make One Pot Ground Pork With Noodles

STEP 1: Add 1 lb ground pork to heated cooking oil in a large pot. Cook over medium-high heat until browned through.
STEP 2: Now add 15 oz canned diced tomatoes, 15 oz canned kidney beans, 8 oz pizza sauce, ½ cup green bell pepper, 2 tsp onion powder, 2 tsp chili powder, ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp ground black pepper, and 1 ½ cups water to the pot. Mix the ingredients together.
STEP 3: Stir in 3 cup egg noodles. Bring to a boil and reduce to let simmer. Cover the pot until the egg noodles are cooked al dente. Stir occasionally. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella or parmesan on top. Serve and enjoy.
Recipe Tips
- Any pasta noodles will work for this recipe, however egg noodles cook the fastest.
- You an swap the ground pork for ground beef, ground turkey, or ground chicken.
- Kidney beans can be swapped with lentils, chickpeas, or white navy beans.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella, cheddar, or parmesan cheese on top to add flavor.
- You can also add in frozen corn, peas, broccoli florets, or a bag of frozen mixed vegetables.
How to store leftovers
- Refrigerate – Leftover ground pork with noodles can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
- Freeze – This recipe can be stored in an airtight container or zip-top freezer bag for 3-4 months.
- Reheat – Reheat in the microwave or in a pot on the stove.
