  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/2 clove garlic, minced
  • sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste

  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove - minced
  • 2 tsp freshly grated ginger

Creamy Avocado Dressing:

  • ½ ripe avocado
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup cilantro
  • 1 garlic clove - minced
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • sea salt and ground pepper - to taste

Honey Mustard Dressing:

Raspberry Vinaigrette:

  • ½ cup fresh raspberries
  • ½ fresh lemon - juiced
  • 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup or honey

Instructions

All Salad Dressings:

  • Combine all ingredients together in a mason jar. Seal the lid and shake up to mix.
