Recipe Tips
- You can pop this salad in the fridge for 30 minutes just before serving to chill the fruit.
- The citric acid from orange juice (or lemon juice) in the dressing will help to keep any fruit from browning. You could also use pineapple juice.
- Prep Ahead: If you want to prep ahead, chop your fruits but store them separately until just before serving. This will keep everything fresh.
- You can also try other fruits like raspberries, mango, apple, watermelon etc.
How To Store Leftovers
- Refrigerate – I recommend enjoying this fruit salad the same day you make it. It really keeps its freshness that way—nobody likes a soggy fruit salad, right?
