STEP 2: Generously season the 10 oz salmon fillet with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat a frying pan with a little cooking oil over high heat. Once the pan is hot, add the salmon skin side down and sear for 2-3 minutes.

STEP 3: Lower the heat to medium-low, flip the salmon so it’s skin side up, and pour the honey garlic sauce over it. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the salmon is flaky and opaque. Remove from heat and scoop the delicious sauce over the top of the salmon before serving.

Recipe Tips

  • Keep an eye on the salmon while it cooks. It’s at its best when it’s just flaky and opaque—overcooking can make it dry!
  • As soon as the salmon is done, remove it from the pan to stop the cooking process.
  • Serve the salmon with some veggies and rice, and don’t forget to drizzle extra sauce on both for added flavor!

How To Store Leftovers

  • REFRIGERATE – Store in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
  • REHEAT – This can be reheated in the microwave, frying pan on low heat or oven at 350°F for about 10 minutes, or until it’s heated through.
