INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS: Combine 1 cup olive oil, ½ cup apple cider vinegar, ½ Tbsp dijon mustard, 1 minced garlic clove, ½ tsp salt and ¼ tsp ground black pepper in a container or mason jar. Seal the lid and shake up to mix. This dressing can be stored in the fridge for up to two weeks. Reshake before using again.

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS: Combine ¾ cup balsamic vinegar, ½ cup olive oil, 1 Tbsp honey, 1 tsp dijon mustard, 1 minced garlic clove, ½ tsp salt and ¼ tsp ground black pepper in a container or mason jar. 4. Creamy Avocado Salad Dressing

INGREDIENTS:

Apple Cider Vinegar Dressing

  • Combine 1 cup olive oil, ½ cup apple cider vinegar, ½ Tbsp dijon mustard, 1 minced garlic clove, ½ tsp salt and ¼ tsp ground black pepper in a container or mason jar. Seal the lid and shake up to mix. This dressing can be stored in the fridge for up to two weeks. Reshake before using again.

Balsamic Vinegar Dressing

Peanut Ginger Dressing

  • Combine ½ cup peanut butter, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 2 Tbsp honey, 2 Tbsp lemon juice, ½ Tbsp freshly grated ginger, and 1 minced garlic clove together in a container or mason jar. Seal the lid and shake up to mix. Store in the fridge for up to two weeks. Re-shake the jar before using it again.

Creamy Avocado Dressing

  • Add 1 ripe avocado, ½ cup water, ½ cup chopped cilantro, ¼ cup olive oil, ¼ cup lime juice, 1 minced garlic clove, ½ tsp salt, and ¼ tsp ground black pepper all to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a container or mason jar. Store in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Re-shake the jar before using it again.

Honey Mustard Dressing

  • Combine 1 cup olive oil, ½ cup lemon juice, 2 Tbsp dijon mustard, 2 Tbsp honey, ½ tsp salt, and ¼ tsp ground black pepper in a container or mason jar. Seal the lid and shake up to mix. Store in the fridge for up to two weeks. Re-shake the jar before using it again.

Raspberry Vinaigrette

  • Add 1 cup fresh raspberries, ¼ cup olive oil, ¼ cup lemon juice, 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 Tbsp honey and ¼ tsp salt to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour over salad. This dressing is best when served fresh.
