Recipe Ingredients

16 oz refrigerated cookie dough – let soften 1 hour at room temp
8 oz cream cheese – softened
2 Tbsp unsalted butter – softened
2 cups powdered sugar

STEP 1: Bake the Crust

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Press 16 oz refrigerated cookie dough into a greased or lined pizza pan.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until lightly golden.
Let cool completely.

STEP 2: Make the Frosting

In a bowl, beat together:

8 oz cream cheese
2 Tbsp butter
2 cups powdered sugar

Mix until smooth and creamy using a hand mixer.

STEP 3: Frost the Crust

Spread the frosting over the cooled cookie crust, leaving a small border around the edge.

STEP 4: Decorate with Fruit

Wash and prep:

1½ cups sliced strawberries
2 sliced kiwis
½ cup blueberries
9 oz drained mandarin oranges

Arrange in rings from outer edge to center

STEP 5: Chill and Serve

Refrigerate until ready to serve, or slice and enjoy immediately.
